What are we looking for
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-strong, and commercially sharp Partnerships Manager to join our team, focused on deepening relationships with Neem’s existing corporate and enterprise clients, upselling additional payment products, and driving activation and growth across all partnerships.
This role blends account management, growth, and on-ground sales. You will be the face of Neem for some of the largest organisations in Pakistan, while also actively building the adoption of Neem’s payment solutions among small physical retail stores.
Your success will directly contribute to Neem’s revenue expansion and product penetration within our client ecosystems.
Your responsibilities
Account growth & upselling
- Own and manage relationships with Neem’s existing corporate and large clients across sectors (e-commerce, logistics, insurance, fintech, retail, etc.).
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional Neem payment products (ledgers & wallets, disbursements, collections, QR payments, etc.).
- Drive activation and usage scaling for all existing partnerships.
Commercial ownership
- Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and commercial discussions with assigned clients.
- Ensure strong retention, expansion, and revenue growth from each relationship.
New merchant onboarding (small retail focus)
- Travel frequently across Karachi to onboard small stores (e.g., nurseries, tea shops, cafés, boutique retailers) onto Neem’s QR-based collections product.
- Deploy QR codes, complete KYC forms, and secure signed agreements.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with onboarding, integration, and support teams to ensure partners go live smoothly and continue scaling.
- Work closely with the product team to feed market knowledge, insights and new feature requirements into the system/roadmap.
- Track product adoption metrics, usage levels, and growth KPIs.
Representation & advocacy
- Represent Neem in external meetings, events, and partner engagements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Neem’s products to position them effectively.
You should apply if
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You have 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management (fintech/payments is a plus but not mandatory).
- You have proven experience managing large corporate accounts and driving upsell/expansion.
- You can manage a pipeline independently and drive consistent monthly results.
- You are strong at communication, relationship-building, and commercial negotiation.
- You are comfortable travelling regularly across Karachi for on-ground merchant onboarding and meetings.
