What are we looking for
We are looking for an Account Associate to join our Neem Paymenow (NPMN) business line. In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless onboarding experience, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
Your responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of client relationships, acting as a point of contact for post-implementation support to help understand client needs and assist in resolving basic issues.
- Assist in create engaging and informative onboarding content, including presentations, training videos, user guides and other resources tailored to the needs of different audiences
- Assist in conducting training sessions and workshops for clients (employers) and end-users (employees)
- Monitor client usage and engagement with our solution, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams including business development, product, customer experience and others to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services
- Regularly check-ins with clients to assess performance and identify growth opportunities
- Gather feedback from clients and end-users to continuously improve our onboarding process and materials, incorporating best practices and lessons learned
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients
- Assist in invoice generation, distribution and collections for the NMPN customer base.
- Monitor account progress and provide ideas and input on how to expand, upsell, and cross sell within accounts.
You should apply if
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or fintech space.
- You have strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts with simple, clear, and engaging content.
- You have experience in creating and delivering onboarding materials and presentations for diverse audiences.
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- You are familiar with technology and fintech products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on new developments.
