What are we looking for
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to join our Neem Paymenow business line. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager and support in driving the sales and growth of our earned wage access solution through strategic B2B sales initiatives. You will be expected to further identify and cultivate new business opportunities as well as further strengthen relationships with current partners/customers and ultimately contribute to the expansion of our client base in Pakistan.
Your responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our earned wage access solution in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Understand and document customers’ requirements and share them with the relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with teams such as product, technology, and marketing to support smooth customer onboarding and implementation.
- Track and update sales activities, pipeline progress, and sales forecasts.
- Assist in developing and evolving the NPMN go to market strategy.
- Build positive relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Perform regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, using insights to refine sales strategies and identify potential new markets.
- Follow the Neem Paymenow Sales Lifecycle in letter and spirit.
You should apply if
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, EWA, payroll or HR software sector.
- You have previous experience in payroll implementation or HRMS/HRIS (Preferred)
- You understand sales principles and techniques and can effectively navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate favourable terms.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of an organization.
- You are a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- You have a passion for making a social impact through your work and a commitment to promoting financial wellness.
