What are we looking for
We are looking for an Implementation Associate to join our Neem Paymenow business line. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of our EWA solutions to our B2B customers. You will work closely with the sales/BD team to understand the client's needs and configure the platform to meet their requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with the business development, sales and customer experience teams to gather client requirements and develop implementation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Configure the platform according to specifications, ensuring all features and functionalities are properly set up and optimized.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to verify system functionality and accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for technical inquiries.
- Document client configurations, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and product enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends.
- Work closely with customers and partners to manage larges quantities of customer data pull and push integrations.
You should apply if
- You have a bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering or a related field.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in software implementation or customer success roles, preferably in the SaaS or BaaS industry.
- You have experience with payroll services or EWA deployment and integration (Preferred)
- You have strong technical aptitude and proficiency with software applications and systems.
- You have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and meticulous love for customer data and data cleansing.
